Park Signal — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Park Signal app and the service at liverides.askthedads.com ("Park Signal," "we," "us"), provided by AskTheDads. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Park Signal displays publicly-reported theme-park wait times, hours, and related information, and provides convenience features such as widgets, Lock Screen and Dynamic Island glances, location-based "nearby" ranking, notifications, and historical trend analysis. The core live information is available for free.

Not official; no affiliation

Park Signal is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or any theme park operator. Park, attraction, and product names (including "Lightning Lane" and "Genie+") are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here solely to identify the things they name (nominative fair use).

Accuracy and availability

Wait times and related data are aggregated from publicly-reported sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and may not match the actual queue in front of you. We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on Park Signal as your sole source for time-sensitive decisions.

Subscriptions and purchases

Park Signal may offer optional Premium features through Apple In-App Purchase. Premium features cover value we add on top of the free data — such as historical analytics, the Lock Screen "command center" push experience, cross-device favorites sync, and wait-time alerts. The free live data does not require a purchase.

• Auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trial. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Non-consumable purchases (e.g., a lifetime unlock) are one-time and can be restored on your devices via "Restore Purchases."
• Pricing is shown in the app before you buy. Purchases are processed and billed by Apple under Apple's terms; refunds are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to disrupt or overload it; scraping or redistributing data at scale; reverse-engineering except as permitted by law; or using the app to violate any third party's rights or any applicable law or park rules.

Accounts

Some features require an optional account. You are responsible for your credentials. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskTheDads will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the information the app provides. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
